I'd love for you to explore meditation and use it as your north star and guide in your business.

With meditation there is no right and wrong. It's about you finding what works for you to connect to source (higher self/God/Universe) and listen to whatever comes through. Taking time to be still and sit with feelings and thoughts is crucial, as far too often you lead from logic or fear or all the things that are ego based.

The more you can tune in to yourself, the quicker your comeback rate should something trigger you.

I make all my life and business decisions from a place of intuition, and I would encourage you to try this too.  Who knows you may even be surprised!

You can listen to meditation music, do a guided meditation or simply sit in silence. 

My favourite type of meditations have mantras to sing and honestly they instantly raise your vibration.

Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad

POSE

Sit in easy pose, eyes closed, spine aligned, jaw released and hands on your knees.

BREATHE

EK: Pull in navel point

KAR: Release

SAT GUR: Pull in stomach, lifting ribs and diaphragm.

PRASAD: Release

Sing along to the mantra for manifesting, contracting and releasing the breathe and calling in your desires. Hold in your heart and in your mind what you came here for and what it is you want to manifest in your life and business.

Begin with a short 3-5 minute meditation and work up to the full 22 minutes.

Sing along to the mantra and close with a long 'Sat' and short 'Nam' breathe.

Kundalini Meditation for Oneness

If someone triggers you, you're not loving yourself, you have a fight with someone and you become separated from love, then use this meditation to reconnect to oneness, to the Universe and to the love of source energy.

POSE

Sit cross legged, spine up tall and get comfortable with blankets or blocks under your bum or knees.

MUDRA

Create a fist with your right hand, raise to shoulder height and point the index finger straight in the air.

Place left hand over the heart.

MANTRA

Humee Hum, Tumee Tum, Waho Guru: I am Thine, in Mine, Myself, Wahe Guru
